They are going to ping off of the heavy SM armor, but they will eventually wear him down. It should be satisfactory for damaing the SM armor and they have a bastard load of MF cells for them.

R1: The Laser Rifer can be modified to do a number on heavy armor. Flip side, the Bolter is the equivilent of an AP rocket launcher and is going to destroy whomever it hits to the point where I don't know if any of the Fallout Power Armor matters very much.Īs such, its more of a combination of weapons to overwhelm the SM and being able to accept the kind of casualties they are going to suffer. With fallout rules in place, their weapons are all sufficient to eventually drop a space marine.
